Eric Hamberg, CFP®
Vice President
Eric Hamberg, CFP®, has served as a financial advisor for Rik Saylor Financial since 2008 and in 2021 became a co-owner of RSF. Eric is dedicated to providing easy-to-understand explanations to complex wealth management concerns. His comprehensive approach offers clients and business owners the education, clarity, and, most importantly, the confidence needed to make significant decisions to effectively pursue their goals. Be it retirement and asset management or estate, tax, and insurance planning, clients can rest assured that their financial futures are secure. Eric collaborates with CPAs, attorneys, and insurance professionals to ensure all aspects of their financial plan have been addressed.
Eric holds a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ Professional (CFP) designation. Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards Inc. owns the certification marks CFP®, CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, CFP® (with plaque design), and CFP® (with flame design) in the U.S., which it awards to individuals who successfully complete CFP Board's initial and ongoing certification requirements.
Eric holds the Series 66 securities license, as well as his life, health, and annuity license. As an investment advisor representative, Eric has a fiduciary responsibility to put the client first. Eric received his BBA with his focus in finance & real estate from the University of Cincinnati.
Eric is active in the community. He currently serves in an advisory capacity for Sweet Cheeks Diaper Bank, where he also served as Treasurer from 2018 – 2020, Board Chair from 2020-2022 and Finance Committee from 2018 - 2023.
Eric and his wife, Autumn, currently reside in West Chester, OH, with their 4 children, 2 sets of twins. Veda and Nora, whom they welcomed into the world in 2016, & Rolen and Myla in 2018. A second-generation Elder High School graduate, Eric is a "West-sider" who managed to move out of the west side and marry an east-sider. Eric enjoys spending time outside with his family and sneaking a round of golf in whenever possible.

Nate Parker
Associate Wealth Advisor
Nate joined Rik Saylor Financial in July 2016 and has grown into a key member of the advisory team, known for his steady, thoughtful approach to financial planning and his dedication to building meaningful client relationships. He earned his degree in Business Economics from the University of Cincinnati and officially obtained his Series 65 license in 2023, further strengthening his role as a trusted advisor.
Passionate about both strategy and service, Nate brings an analytical mindset and a calm, personable style that puts clients at ease. He specializes in helping families and individuals navigate investment planning, retirement strategy, and life transitions with clarity and confidence.
Outside of work, Nate enjoys life with his wife, Mollie, their two daughters, and their Husky, Kiana. He holds season tickets for both UC basketball and Broadway in Cincinnati and finds joy in spending time with his kids and listening to music. Whether at home, in the community, or with clients, Nate is committed to being genuine, intentional, and dependable in everything he does.
Rik Saylor

As president and practitioner, Rik started RSF in 1996 and has advised hundreds of families and business owners on growing, using, and passing wealth on to loved ones. Rik’s development of an independent client best interest firm allows them the liberty of providing holistic, financially objective advice to the families and businesses they serve. Taking the time to listen and learn about each client's unique situation is essential. As an investment advisory representative, Rik offers a truly comprehensive financial plan with awareness of lifestyle, income needs, and the client’s best interest. Our "team" approach, by planning collaboratively with CPAs, insurance agents, and attorneys, assists in the navigation into a competent, successful financial future.
Rik holds his Series 66 securities license as well as life, health, & annuities insurance licenses. Rik holds the Certified Exit Planning Advisor, CEPA.
Within the community, Rik chooses to affiliate himself with organizations and community leaders who choose to invest their time and talents helping to inspire tomorrow's leaders as well as set a precedent for the development of a stronger community. Rik supports Hospice, the Joe Nuxhall Character Education Fund/the Miracle Fields, the Yellow Ribbon Program, and the Wounded Warriors. As a member of the Fairfield Chamber of Commerce, Rik was selected and honored as the Business Person of the Year in 2010. Rik is an avid reader and has a curiosity and hunger for learning. Rik wrote/taught curriculum as a volunteer instructor for the OLLI program (Osher Lifelong Learning Institute) for five years at the University of Cincinnati and the University of Dayton. Past host of "Straight Talk-Clear Decision”s, Rik shared financial insights on a weekly basis with listeners on the internet and radio, enlightening them to make better financial decisions.
Since 2002 Rik and Kim have been a blended family of 5 children and 5 grandchildren ... Rik loves the outdoors whether it’s pickleball, golfing, biking, motorcycling or boating. At their lake house, Rik relaxes and listens to music or reads a book when he’s not working on a project or hanging out with neighbors. He loves having his family and friends out to their lake house whenever possible as they love to host concerts, parties, and fun. Robin Raper
Operations Manager
Robin Raper serves as the Operations Manager at Rik Saylor Financial, where she plays a critical role in ensuring the firm’s operations run efficiently and effectively. With over a decade of experience in public service, including 11 years as a Hearing Officer for Preble County Child Support, Robin brings a strong foundation in administrative management, regulatory compliance, and client service.
At Rik Saylor Financial, Robin oversees the firm’s day-to-day administrative functions and leads initiatives to enhance process improvement, compliance coordination, and the overall client experience. Her strategic approach to operations supports both the internal team and the clients they serve.
Robin studied Accounting and Computer Science at Indiana University East and is known for her strong organizational skills, collaborative leadership style, and commitment to delivering high-quality service.
Outside of work, Robin enjoys life on the lake in Eaton, Ohio, with her husband Trad and has two children, Brooke and Caleb. She has a passion for travel, boating, and live music and is an enthusiastic supporter of the Cincinnati Reds, Cincinnati Bengals, and Ohio State Buckeyes.
